Curry Cabbage

I’ll share with you guys my recipe to Curry Cabbage. And when I say share, I mean tell you ingredients without the measurements because I don’t know. May the outcome of this recipe be in your favor. Anyways, here you go.


  • 1 head of cabbage
  • Chopped onions (I’ll say like a cup)
  • Chopped garlic
  • Oil
  • 1 can on coconut milk
  • Vegetable stock
  • Carrots
  • Red potatoes
  • Curry
  • Salt and pepper
  • Coriander
  • Paprika

Okay so get a pot, obviously. You’re not cooking it in a cup. But get a pot big enough to hold enough food, like those pots your mamas used when she made enough spaghetti for a week.

Cut your cabbage up. You should know how to do that. Google it if you don’t. Cut your. Carrots up into pieces, and your potatoes into chunks.

Cook the onions and garlic in the oil until it smells real… Onion and garlic like.

Then add all of your ingredients and spices. The cabbage, carrots, potatoes, coconut milk, vegetable stock, etc. STIR YOUR DAMN FOOD YALL!

Bring it to a boil and then turn the heat down let your food simmer. Your house is going to smell BOMB!! Obviously add more seasonings because I don’t measure those. Also the kind of pot I used, the cabbage and stuff wasn’t all covered with the coconut milk and stock but since cabbage holds water, and will steam the potatoes and carrots.

Anywho, keep stirring and your eye on your food for about 30 minutes or until the cabbage, carrots and potatoes are cooked.

So… There’s that. You can eat it with rice or cornbread or with a meat but I ate it plain since I’m a fake vegetarian. Enjoy!
